Home automation can begin in the simplest form: as an extension to lighting control. Now, not only are you able to create simple lighting scenes, but now linked with motorized products such as electric curtain rails, powered projector lifts and screens, you are able to create simple multiple automated functions such as 'macros'. At the touch of a button the lights will dim at different levels, the projector screen will automatically drop, the projector lift will come into operation and the curtains will draw. That is home automation! All these functions can be operated from a simple button or a wireless remote device or even as part of an AMX or Crestron system.

AMX systems are the penultimate in home automation systems and allow for a complete bespoke installation package capable of providing a control for every conceivable electronic gadget in the home or garden from CCTV and web access to AV control, multi room audio, lighting control, heating/air-conditioning and much, much more!

Control is achieved via colour tablets located around the home on furniture or wall mounted in a motorized docking station. The wall mounted tablets can even be programmed to blend in with the background.
