Leith Apartments
From 1 bed apartments to 3 bed penthouses within a large flatted development in Edinburgh, we were asked to provide everything from voice, data and Sky(+) networks to HD ready integrated home theatre built into the ceilings with hardware located discreetly within cupboards. Multi room audio has been provided to all rooms via the award winning Sonos IP based multi-room audio system. The client was delighted to have a tidy solution, freeing up valuable floor-space and allowing minimal outlay. We have provided the clients with marketing support in terms of a demo facility and dual branded literature within their newly launched marketing suite and showhome.

Premium Hotel & Country Club In Scotland
Boston Smarthome were contracted to provide a solution for a famous 5 star Hotel and shared ownership development in Scotland. We successfully installed IP based audio systems throughout many apartments giving the clients an impressive and easy to operate wireless sound system which allows the resident to play different audio tracks in different rooms concurrently. Again, the client was delighted with both the technology as well as the aesthetics.

Grand Designs
The popular TV show had a requirement for smarthome to compliment a stunning contemporary country home for the 21st century bringing technology into the home including home networks, home cinema, video secure access control, comprehensive lighting controls and the latest IP based audio system to create a simple to operate but very impressive system.

Millionaires Row
Boston Smarthome were asked to provide a bespoke integrated solution for 8 large premium homes in the famous site dubbed Millionaires Row from simple voice & data and AV network systems to discreet Multiroom Audio Systems and dedicated home cinema installs incorporating all the latest in custom installation technology.

Glasgow Apartments
A budget solution for 150 flatted apartments to offer the developer a minimum of cable network infrastructure, allowing them the opportunity to expand the system to full data, voice and Sky(+) networks as well as integrated Multiroom Audio Systems. Smarthome also provided a full IRS system (communal Sky+, UHF & FM) together with backbone BT cabling and video secure access control to all apartments.

Edinburgh Regeneration Project
Smarthome have been contracted by a group of Edinburgh development companies to provide a technology solution for homes within a new development area in order to attract the ideal demographic to facilitate regeneration. Again, a simple but effective approach to pre wire infrastructure allows the end user to purchase “bolt on hardware” at any time, even after the development is complete. We have provided the clients with marketing support in terms of a demo facility and dual branded literature within their newly launched marketing suite. The roll out of homes over a 10 year period will amount to over 5000 properties which are all destined to be future-proofed by Boston Smarthome.
