Using Discount Codes
You should have your discount code to use this site.
At this time only one discount code can be used on any checkout cart. If you have two codes which are exclusively for one brand - one for SONOS, and one for Monitor Audio for instance - you will need to process two separate orders. Most codes give a discount across the whole order, which will work across any blend of brands in the cart.
If you are having challenges applying multi-codes, put them through as separate orders and make sure you select zero shipping/collection on one of them (so you don't pay shipping twice!) and we will automatically bundle the two together for shipping.
If you don't have a discount code you either shouldn't be here, or you need to get one pronto. If you really are a friend of Smarthome, please use the contact us form and we will zip a discount code straight over to you.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made using approved courier services, unless you have arranged for the goods to be delivered personally, or have arranged to collect them from our offices. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.
If you want to collect the items, select collection at checkout. This is also the option you should pick if you have arranged for one of our staff to deliver it personally.

Returns
As a friend of Smarthome, we aim to ensure everyone enjoys all of our products. If you have any concerns with any of the items we have supplied please contact us. All goods can be returned within a reasonable time. We can arrange collection or they can be sent to our offices, or dropped off with your contact.
